Class of 1972 - Ken L. Simmons

I work at J.G. Clark Company in Marion, as an assistant operator on the four-color press. In my spare time I enjoy riding my Gold Wing motorcycle with wife as my co-pilot. Traveling is another thing we like do, going to see grandkids as well as the country. And I also enjoy puttering around the yard and flower and vegetable garden. I am married to Barbara, who has an in home day care service. Barb had three grown children when we married in 1993, the oldest Sgt. David Darling, is making a career of the Air Force, a computer programmer, stationed in Arkansas he has about 31/2 years left before having put in his 20 years. He has two beautiful daughters, 11 & 9, who have been on the honor roll and in the gifted and talented since they started school, which makes David & Sabrina proud parents as well as making Barb & me proud grandpa & grandma. Next is Debbie Thompson, she is a single mother of two beautiful daughters, 13 & 3, and living in Arkansas going to college. Her oldest is also an honor student and very active volleyball player, which again makes us all very proud grandparents. Then there is Dennis Darling, he and Nikki are the only ones in {Warsaw} Ohio, a dry wall finisher, he has two little ones a boy and a girl, 4 and 2. We are just waiting to see how they turn out in school, hoping they don't follow their dad's footsteps. Ha! As any of you can tell I am as proud of her kids and grandkids as if they was mine.
